In Human Resources, our expertise extends to all aspects of human resources consultancy including staffing solutions, compensation benchmarking, attrition analysis and management and training and benefits management.

ATS Services pioneered the concept of domestic outsourcing in 2001 and since then has sustained its leadership position through innovation in technology and stable leadership team with extensive experience in financial services, CRM and process management.

ATS Services generates substantial financial impact for its clients in the Banking, Insurance and Financial Services sectors. We manage customer cross sell for our customers. ATS Services has unique expertise in developing solutions to enhance revenues in the key areas of Bank Assurance and cross – selling of financial products.

Technology

Based on our functional familiarity with both Banking and Insurance; we are active in project implementation in this sector. Our projects include assessment of large loan, card and insurance systems; system gap analysis and project implementation.
