The selected candidate will have a great opportunity to learn new technologies in the customer engagement area and build platforms that enable extremely high volume customer engagements.
The person is expected to have a high level of expertise in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of Asterisk programming, My SQL data bases and working knowledge of PHP.
2. Develop complex IVRs.
3. Develop complex dial plans.
4. Suggest alternative approaches and develop solutions to improve customer contact and decrease telecommunication cost.
The company develops platforms that :
– Integrate bi-directional communications involving PRI lines, toll-free lines, SMS gateways, Chat and e-mail messaging.
– Develop and automate dialer strategies.
– Automate customer engagement using solutions using text to speech and speech to text.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- The ideal candidate would excellent communication skills and should have worked in teams that manage client delivery and interactions.
- Should be exposed to working in cross-functional teams and should have capability to gather user requirements and convert these into functional specifications.
Ideally the person should have a B.Tech/MCA/BCA degree from a reputed institution and a hands on working experience of 4 years or more in a dialer development environment.
