Role: Recruitment Executive / HR Executive
Job Location Faridabad
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Work Exp. 2 – 5 years

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Overall conversion of Recruitment Mandate on monthly basis
• Documentation & conducting Background Verification for the new hires
• Ensuring the requirements are closed within the defined TAT
• Taking care of on-boarding of new hires

Desired Candidate:

• Experience in mass hiring / BPO hiring is a must.
• Candidates working / experience with Recruitment consultancy / BPO industry will only be considered.
• Exp in Insurance / Banking industry will be highly considered.
• Candidate should have good communication skills with convincing ability.
