1. Agent voice (Openings in collections, customer service, retention, sales)


Key Skills

  • Good communication skills.
  • At least 6 months experience in calling – domestic bpo.
  • High energy and achievement orientation level.
  • Graduates/Undergraduates both can apply.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years of age.
  • Fluency in English /Hindi and Telugu/Malyalam/Kannada/Tamil/Oriya for regional callers.


2. Team Lead – Retention


Key Skills

  • Delivery of team, service level components, quality and productivity targets & indicators
  • Monitoring calls, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call
  • Operational Management: Managing the floor, adherence to schedule, Problem resolution
  • Motivation, leadership for a team and developing future leaders
  • Should be well versed in excel and other MIS tools
  • Strong Analytical, logical and Communication skills
  • Candidates with Language Skill – Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam will be preferred
  • Work Experience in Retention / Insurance domain will be preferable.


3. Software Trainee


Key Skills

  • Knowledge of C++, SQL and PHP will be preferred.
  • Knowledge / Exposure of Dialer Based Applications will be an added advantage
  • Strong Analytical and Logical Skills
  • Amicable and team player
